  had a computer and Internet connection, had user skills, reviewed numerous advertisements of search portals and independently analyzed them for the coincidence of signs and properties with a material object found by him, in a language accessible to his understanding, he necessarily received contact information about the owner and the nature of his search, owned the necessary language of communication;

 

had a sufficient standard of living, allowing to remain honest, so as not to appropriate the found object.

 

Competitors

 

The Project  ”WORLD Detection” has no competitors, since the Lost Property Office, like all other supposedly competitors (Internet forums, taxi, metro, railway and air transport, etc.), will use our Project, on behalf of the Finder, through a free connection to the Search Center, registering its Finds for free, and at the same time receiving from the Lost part of its value at the time of its return (according to Roman law)

 

With this in mind, city halls of the cities of the world can use the Project to carry out the process of assisting in the search for loss in their cities, with their complicity, information support and discounts on city billboard advertising spots.
